We were born in 2010 although we are not going to tell you how young or old we are 🙊. But if this is the first time you have been here, we do want to talk to you about how much we have strived to be where we are right now, and we also want you to know that we have not reached our limit and that we still want to fly higher 🚀 . And if we know each other before ... THANKS because if we have reached this point it’s because you are one of those who believed in us and we cannot stop thanking you 🧡.

We have grown, learned and evolved a lot during all this time, but if there is something with which we are stubborn (and we do not feel bad for it at all) it is with our principles, that they have never changed and will never do 💪:

We love what we do

And we are sure of you too. We want to keep it that way: thant you cotinue to enjoy each event, living it as if it were the first and that you take pride in how well it has gone🦸‍♂️🦸‍♀️. And as we have also experienced that sensation, we are going to do our utmost to make this path much easier.

Our platform, in fact, is also yours

We manage events in many countries we want you to “feel at home” imaging that you are in it. And the only way we can get it is by offering a fully adaptable and flexible platform to your needs, enjoy it!

The athletes are yours

Something that defines us is that we work with total transparency and here is an example: usually nobody likes to receive emails of something they have not requested since it probably does not interest them. That is why we will never use the database of those athletes for your event to send them information about others or anything, promised!

Let's face it, organizing a sporting event has its expenses. As we know, we also want to make it easy for you in this regard: if you need your registration money in advance, you just have to tell us, and we will make a transfer immediately and without additional expenses because, as we have said, it is your money 😉

AvaiBook Sports is formed by athletes and event organizers who have also attended many of those events on the athlete's side. That is why we personally know what your needs may be, and we work very hard with our technicians to make them a reality in our platform.

If you don't charge what you're worth, you'll end up being worth what you charge

Ok, there goes another one (hopefully don't get tired of so much transparency 🙄): our service has a cost and we are cheaper than some platforms and more expensive than others, facts. But we can assure you that, if you test us, you will see that our price is the equivalent of what we strive daily to become the best.
